Peace Club ofBCM College celebrated International Peace Day 2021 on the theme  'Recovering Better for an Equitable andSustainable World’. A blissful aura was created as everyone prayedwholeheartedly for the well-being of the whole society especially the underprivileged and marginalised, ones who have suffered the most during COVIDtimes.The function began with the soulful prayer song by Mr. Karan. Ms.Akanksha presented a video entitled 'Real Peace' followed by a beautifulthought on Peace by Ms. Jyoti and a inspiring poem ‘Mann ki Shanti’ by Ms.Muskaan. M.Ed. students, Ms. Himanshi and Ms. Mehak raised slogans on WorldPeace in Hindi and English while Ms. Rajinder Kaur presented a Power PointPresentation explaining the essence of peaceful living. All the participantsvery enthusiastically took a pledge to create peace for one and all. Speakingon the ocassion Principal Dr. Monika Dua, lucidly deliberated on the relevanceof Peace in everybody’s life. Further, she aquainted one and all thatDove-symbol of peace actually symbolises God's forgiveness. She congratulatedPeace Club Incharge, Ms. Shilpa Kaura and the members for the success of thefunction.
