Celebrationof 104^th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Satyanand Ji Munjal

BCM College of Education organized afunction to commemorate 104th Birth Anniversary of Revered Mahatma Satyanand jiMunjal. The function began with the soulful recitation of Gayatri mantra.Principal, Dr. Monika Dua extended formal welcome to Sh. Suresh Munjal,Trustee, BCMF.  Speaking on the occasion Dr.Monika fondly remembered Mahatmaji and how she always idolised the nobel souland tried to implement his teachings in letter and spirit. Sharing his words ofwisdom, Sh. Suresh Munjal motivated one and all to follow the path shown byrevered Bauji to make a difference in the lives of fellow brothern. He alsorecited self - composed poem as a salutation his father, Mahatma SatyanandJi.  Dr. Prem Kumar, Secretary of theCollege Managing Committee paid tribute to Mahatmaji by saying that Satyanand Jihas always been his torch bearer as he believed that Education is the mostpowerful instrument to reduce social and economic biases. Mr. Karan Singh aB.Ed Special Education student very devotedly sang a pious bhajan. Dr. JasdeepKaur, Asst. Prof. acquainted one and all with the ‘Life and Times of MahatmaSatyanand Ji Munjal’ through a PowerPoint Presentation.  Ms. Shilpa Kaura, Asst. Prof. paid aheartfelt tribute to Mahatma Ji by sharing his inspirational life events. Mr.Satnam Sigh, recited a self - composed poem on Mahatma  Ji’s life. Dr. Sangeeta Arora, Asst. Prof. also recited an emotional poemreminscing Mahatma Ji. Mr. Gursharan Singh, a B.Ed student sang a melodioussong to make the occasion momentous.
