Ecoclub of B.C. M. College of Education, Ludhiana celebrated National Science Dayin the honour of the great Noble laureate, Sir C.V.Raman who discovered TheRaman Effect in Feb.28, 1928. Mrs. Kusum Lata, National Awardee & FormerPrincipal, Govt. High School, Sarabha Nagar Ludhiana was the Resource Person ofthe day. She delivered an Extension Lecture on the topic-‘How to DevelopScientific Attitude’ and motivated the would be teachers to fosteropen-mindedness, objectivity & rationality in their day to day work. PosterMaking & Rangoli Making Competitions on the theme Science and Technologywere organised. Students presented powerpoint presentation, delivered speeches& staged skit to instil spirit of objectivity & rationality among oneand all.                Ms. Jeevan Jyotistood first followed by Ms. Damini at the second position and Ms.Abhisheta atthe third position in Poster Making competition. Ms.Alka bagged the first prizeand Ms.Shailja won the second prize in Rangoli Making Competition. PrincipalDr. Monika Dua, welcomed the resource person and motivated the students todevelop 3 Is i.e. Inquiry, Innovation & Impact in their daily lifeactivities. She appreciated the efforts of Dr.Jasdeep Kaur & Ms.Kanwalpreet,Eco Club incharges for making the event successful.
