College very zealouslycelebrated ‘Teachers’ Day’ to commemorate the Birth Anniversary of the GreatPhilosopher Teacher, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. The Online Celebrationsbegan with formal address by the Principal Dr. Monika Dua who quoted ‘A GreatTeacher inspires’. Mr. Kapil Sethi showcased a beautiful Power PointPresentation on ‘Life & Times of Dr. Radhakrishnan’ while Mr. Satnam Singhrecited a self-composed poem titled ‘Main Haan Bolaan ki Na Bolaan’ in thehonour of Teachers. Mr. Gursharan Singh enthralled one & all with hismelodious song & Ms. Deepmala presented her views highlighting thecontribution of teachers in shaping lives of students. Speaking on theoccasion, Dr. Prem Kumar, Secretary College Managing Committee deliberated on thetopic ‘In search of an Ideal Teacher’ by saying that a teacher should herselfbe a knowledge seeker, a lifelong learner & a facilitator. He shared hisreflections about the 21^st Century teacher and advised that thepresent day teachers ought to be skilled, updated and technology savvy in orderto make the teaching learning process enjoyable & effective.
