BCM College of Education organized an International Seminar on Global Teaching Practices in collaboration with the Inspired Learning Group (ILG)—one of the UK's largest independent school groups, endorsed by Training Qualifications UK (TQ UK).Principal Dr. Monika Dua, warmly welcomed the esteemed resource person, Mr. Jay Bagri, Head of Partnerships – India and Middle East, ILG. The occasion was graced by Dr. Prem Kumar, Executive Director, BCM Foundation. Adding to the significance of the event, other distinguished members of ILG—Mr. Justin (COO), Ms. Leigh (Program Director), Ms. Ronell, and Ms. Priyanka—joined virtually from the UK to apprise B.Ed. trainees of international teaching opportunities. Team ILG delivered an insightful and comprehensive presentation highlighting the relevance of the Level 4 UK-certified course, spread over three months with 50 hours of structured learning. The deliberations covered crucial aspects such as global teaching prospects, salary potential after upskilling, fee structure and course duration. The interactive Q&A session allowed students to raise queries, which were addressed by the ILG team to their utmost satisfaction. The seminar concluded with words of wisdom by Dr. Prem Kumar, marking the end of a power-packed event. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Prem Kumar shared his insights about TQ UK and how it would act as a bridge between India’s B. Ed. degree and global classroom.
