Skill Enhancement Programme 2025 at BCM College

Skill Enhancement Cell of BCM College of Education in collaboration with Naandi Foundation, Mahindra Group inaugurated Skill Enhancement Programme 2025 with a solemn aim to foster Communication, Employability and Life Skills among the students of the outgoing batch of the college on Jan. 27, 2025. Ms. Deepika Chawla, Master trainer from Mahindra Group and Er. Shilpa Miglani, Head Outreach, MBCIE, Ludhiana and also a certified Soft Skills Trainer at Mahindra Group were the Resource Persons for the Programme. Dr. Prem Kumar, Secretary, College Managing Committee graced the occasion. Addressing the students, Dr. Prem Kumar highlighted the importance of skilled manforce for building a robust nation. He gave a Three-way success formula to the students- First becoming a better human being, Secondly- being a better professional and last but not be least- being a better citizen who is accountable for all his actions to lead India on the road to success. Dr.Jasdeep Kaur, Incharge of Skill Enhancement Cell of the College coordinated the whole event.
